Welcome to MiMi Flix (https://mimiflix.com). Please read the following terms carefully before using our services. By using this website, you agree to all these terms.
1. Purpose of Service
MiMiFlix is a digital platform where users can read and listen to eBooks and Audiobooks online.
- All content is available only through the browser
- Downloading is not allowed
- Content is protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology
All eBooks are originally available in Hindi and can be translated into the user’s selected language.
2. User Account
- Creating an account is mandatory to use the services
- User-provided information must be accurate and up to date
- Email verification is mandatory (if applicable)
⚠️ Account Suspension / Termination
MiMiFlix reserves the right to, without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend (Suspend)
- Permanently terminate (Terminate)
any user account if:
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected
- Rules are violated
3. Content Access and Usage
- Without login, only limited samples will be available
- Tokens are required for full content access
✔ After one-time Token usage:
- The respective eBook / Audiobook will be available for lifetime
⚠️ However:
- If the platform shuts down or content is removed due to technical reasons, MiMiFlix does not guarantee access
4. Wallet and Token Rules
- All payments on the platform are made in the form of “Tokens”
- Tokens are only for platform usage
Important Conditions:
- Tokens cannot be converted (withdrawn) into cash
- Tokens have no real monetary value
- MiMiFlix may modify the Token system at any time
5. Payments and Wallet Top-up
For India:
- UPI, Card, Bank, etc.
International Payments:
- Only Wise (Wise to Wise transfer)
User must:
- Create/use a Wise account
- Add funds to it first
- Then transfer to MiMiFlix’s Wise account
⚠️ Payment Instructions:
- Complete full payment first
- Only then click “I have sent the money”
- Incorrect information may result in payment rejection
6. Payment Disputes and Fraud (Fraud Protection)
- If a user uploads a fake payment receipt:
- Account may be immediately terminated
- All Tokens may be removed
- In case of chargeback or payment dispute:
- The related account may be immediately suspended
7. Refund Policy
- All payments are final (Non-refundable)
- No refunds will be provided for Tokens under any circumstances
8. Promoter (Affiliate) Program
MiMiFlix offers a promoter program:
- Commission on wallet top-ups
- Commission on repeated top-ups
⚠️ Rules:
- Fake referrals / self-referrals are prohibited
- If fraud is detected:
- Earnings may be withheld
- Account may be terminated
Payments:
- India: UPI / Bank
- International: Wise
✔ International promoters will be paid only via Wise
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content belongs to MiMiFlix or is licensed
- Copying, sharing, or republishing is strictly prohibited
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use hacking / bots / scripts
- Damage the system
- Harm other users
11. Third-Party Services
MiMiFlix uses some third-party services (such as Wise, payment gateways).
- We do not have full control over these services
- Their terms may differ
12. Service Changes or Termination
MiMiFlix reserves the right to:
- Modify services
- Remove features
- Temporarily or permanently shut down the platform
13. Limitation of Liability
MiMiFlix shall not be responsible for:
- Data loss
- Server downtime
- Payment delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
✔ Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user
14. Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes
- These terms are governed by Indian laws
- All disputes will be resolved in Indian courts only
