MiMiFlix – Refund & Returns Policy
MiMiFlix (mimiflix.com) provides digital content services through wallet Tokens. By using this platform and making any payment, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Policy
- All wallet top-ups and Token purchases are final and non-refundable
- Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances
- Tokens once purchased cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash
✔ Important:
- Tokens are valid only for use within the MiMiFlix platform
- Unused Tokens will remain in the user wallet but cannot be refunded
2. Nature of Digital Service
- MiMiFlix provides instant access to digital content (eBooks and Audiobooks)
- Access is granted immediately after Tokens are used
- Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital services, refunds or cancellations are not applicable
- All content is accessible only through online reading/listening and cannot be downloaded
3. Payment Methods
For India:
- Payments may be made using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other supported methods
For International Users:
- Payments are accepted only through Wise (Wise-to-Wise transfer)
- Users must make payments from their own verified Wise account
✔ Note:
- Tokens are added only after successful payment confirmation
- MiMiFlix is not responsible for incorrect payment details, delays, or failed transactions caused by the user or third-party providers
4. Payment Issues & Support
If you experience any of the following issues:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical errors during payment
- Payment completed but Tokens not received
You must contact us within 24 hours with:
- Payment receipt or screenshot
- Date and time of transaction
- Your registered email ID
✔ Resolution Process:
- We will investigate the issue
- If the issue is verified, Tokens will be corrected or added to your account
⚠️ Important:
- No monetary refunds will be issued in any case
5. Content Access Issues
If you face any technical issues such as:
- eBook not opening
- Audiobook not playing
- Reader or platform malfunction

✔ Resolution:
- Issues will be investigated and resolved
- Tokens may be adjusted only if the issue is confirmed from our side
6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Misuse
If a user:
- Submits fake or manipulated payment proofs
- Initiates chargebacks or disputes after receiving Tokens
- Attempts to misuse the system in any way
Then MiMiFlix reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account
- Revoke all Tokens and access
- Block future use of the platform
- Take legal action where applicable
⚠️ No refunds will be provided in such cases.
7. Promoter (Affiliate) Payments
- Promoter earnings are separate from wallet Tokens
- Earnings are processed based on valid referrals only
Payment Methods:
- India: UPI / Bank Transfer
- International: Wise
⚠️ Important:
- International promoter payments will be made only via Wise
- Payments may be withheld or rejected in case of fraud, abuse, or invalid activity
8. Security and Data Protection
- User data is stored securely using industry-standard security measures
- MiMiFlix monitors transactions to prevent fraud and misuse
- User data is not sold or shared, except where required by law or necessary for payment processing
