1. All Payments Are Final
• All payments made on MiMiFlix are final and non-refundable
• Upon payment, the user is immediately granted Wallet Tokens or access to the service
• Once the service or content has been accessed, no refund will be accepted under any circumstances
2. Immediate Use of Digital Service
• Wallet Tokens or access to content are activated immediately after payment is completed
• As this is a digital service, it cannot be canceled or returned
• The user cannot claim any refund after partially or fully using the service
3. Strict Policy on Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
If a user:
• Disputes a payment through a bank or payment provider
• Files a false or unjustified dispute
