MiMiFlix – Promoter (Affiliate) Program Terms
This agreement applies between MiMiFlix and its promoters (users). By joining the MiMiFlix promoter program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Objective
The MiMiFlix promoter program provides users with an opportunity to promote the platform and earn incentives (commission) in return.
2. Promoter Registration
- Any registered user can become a promoter
- Providing accurate and truthful information is required to become a promoter
- MiMiFlix reserves the right to accept or reject any application
3. Commission Structure
- Promoters will receive incentives for each successful wallet top-up
- Current commission rate: 40% (subject to change)
✔ Important:
- Commission may also apply to repeated top-ups by the same user
- Commission is applicable only on successful and verified payments
4. Payment Terms
For India:
- Payments will be made via bank or other available methods
For International Promoters:
- Payments will be made only through Wise
⚠️ Important:
- Promoters must provide correct payment details
- MiMiFlix will not be responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect information
5. Minimum Payout Threshold
- A minimum amount may be required before payout
- This limit may change from time to time
6. Prohibited Activities
Promoters must not:
- Make purchases through their own referral link (Self-Referral)
- Create fake accounts
- Engage in spam, misleading, or false promotions
- Commit fraud or misuse the system
7. Fraud and Penalties
If a promoter engages in:
- Fake referrals
- Fake payments
- Any kind of fraud
Then:
✔ The account may be immediately terminated
✔ All earnings may be confiscated
✔ Future payments may be withheld
8. Commission Cancellation or Modification
MiMiFlix reserves the right to:
- Change commission rates at any time
- Cancel commission for specific transactions
- Hold commission in case of suspicious activity
9. Payment Timing
- Payments may take time to process
- All payments are released only after verification
10. Taxes and Legal Responsibility
- Promoters are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations on earnings
- MiMiFlix is not responsible for any tax-related liabilities
11. Account Termination
MiMiFlix may at any time:
- Suspend or terminate a promoter account
- Remove a promoter from the program without prior notice
12. Limitation of Liability
MiMiFlix will not be responsible for:
- Loss of earnings
- Payment delays
- Technical issues
✔ Total liability is limited to the available commission
13. Policy Changes
MiMiFlix may modify this agreement at any time.
