The biological clocks of every living thing were accelerated to a breaking point, turning a world of eternal life into a graveyard of bones and ruins in a matter of hours.
As the decay spread, it reached Loop-Isle and the planet Drift, causing entirely different forms of chaos. On Loop-Isle, time did not accelerate; it trapped the world in a repeating fragment of ten seconds.
